§ 276-1 Planting trees in right-of-way.

Planting of trees in the rights-of-way of the Township without the permission of the Township is hereby prohibited.

§ 276-2 Maintaining trees in right-of-way.

It shall be the responsibility of the abutting property owners to maintain and trim trees in the rights-of-way of the Township.
