The North Versailles Township Police Department and its officers
have authority to enforce all parking restrictions and prohibitions
within the limits of the Township of North Versailles. The use of
a parking tag for enforcement of parking violations is hereby confirmed
and approved for all such parking violations. A copy of the current
parking tag is attached hereto as approved for use.[1]

The parking tag form and contents may be amended from time to
time in the sole discretion and judgment of the Board of Township
Commissioners by simple resolution to include changes for specific
violations, changes to fine amounts and other changes.
The provisions of this chapter shall be severable. If any provisions
are found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid or otherwise
unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining
portions thereof shall not be affected thereby.
This chapter shall take effect immediately.
