The concept plan shall contain the following information to
assist in a knowledgeable review to assure and evaluate compliance
with municipal codes and specifications:
A. Names, addresses of owner and applicant.
B. Name, signature, license number and address of engineer, land surveyor,
architect, professional planner or landscape architect, as applicable,
involved in plan preparation.
C. Title block containing Tax Map sheet, county, name of municipality,
block and lot, street location.
E. Zoning schedule indicating general lot area and setback, parking
requirements.
G. Size and location of any existing or proposed structures.
H. Location of any existing or proposed streets.
I. Copy and/or delineation of any existing deed restrictions.
J. Location of any existing or proposed easements or land dedicated
to public use.
K. Payment of fee (for concept plan review).
L. Location of existing streams, watercourses, wetlands and other environmentally
sensitive features.
M. Topographical features from USGS map.
N. Boundary, limits and extent of wooded areas, specimen trees or other
significant physical features.
O. General vehicular and pedestrian circulation patterns.
P. Digital photographs of the site, including adjacent property frontages
within 200 feet of each side of the site.
