A.
All gas and water mains, all streetlights, lighting standards and
telephone lines shall be installed in accordance with the construction
specifications of the respective agency or district.
B.
Electric, telephone, water, gas or any other public utility shall
only be installed underground within the street or highway right-of-way,
unless this requirement is waived by the Village Board. On the application
for waiver of the requirements of this section, as provided hereinbefore,
the Village Board may, in its discretion, refer the application to
the Planning Board of the Village of the Branch for its study and
recommendation.
C.
A letter approving such a proposed installation and a statement as
to who will carry out the construction, signed by a responsible official
of the lighting agency, utility company or governmental authority
or district which has jurisdiction in the area, shall be directed
to the Chairman of the Planning Board and shall be received prior
to the final plat approval.
