No person shall stop or stand a vehicle on any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 272-10), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time upon or along any of the streets, highways or public ways or any parts thereof as described in Schedule II (§ 272-11), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 272-12), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.

The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 272-13), attached to and made a part of this chapter, shall have the speed limits as designated therein.

Trucks over four tons gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets in Schedule V (§ 272-14), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 272-15), attached hereto and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as "stop intersections." Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
A certified copy of this chapter shall be forwarded to:

The Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey for approval.

The County Engineer of the County of Ocean.
C. 
The Township Engineer.
D. 
The Clerk of the Township of Eagleswood.

The prohibitions contained in this chapter shall not apply to any police or fire vehicle, ambulance or other such emergency vehicle.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
In accordance with the provisions of § 272-1, no person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets:
