It shall be unlawful for a person to make, continue or cause to be
made or continued any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise or any noise
which does or is likely to unreasonably annoy, disturb, injure or
endanger the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others between
the following hours:
The only exception to the above hours of noise restriction shall
be that there shall be no noise restriction before 11:30 p.m. on the
night before a legal holiday and no noise restriction before 1:00
a.m. on New Year's Eve.
Any person who shall violate any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty as stated in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Township of Eagleswood.[1]
The violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to
abatement summarily by restraining order or injunction issued by a
court of competent jurisdiction.
