A. 
The resident Judges of the Circuit Court of Charles County may appoint law clerks.
B. 
The number of law clerks which may be appointed shall be as determined by the County Commissioners.
C. 
The amount of compensation for law clerks shall be set by the County Commissioners after consultation with the Circuit Court Administrative Judge.
