There is hereby established the position of Secretary for the Township of Eagleswood Department of Public Works.
The Secretary for the Department of Public Works shall be appointed by the Township Committee and shall serve for a term of one year, commencing on January 1 of the year of appointment and ending on December 31, or until a successor shall be appointed and qualified.
The Secretary shall perform such secretarial and clerical duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Public Works. The Secretary shall keep logs and prepare reports as directed by the Superintendent of Public Works.
The salary for the Secretary shall be established by the Township Committee and shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the Salary Ordinance of the Township of Eagleswood.
