GENERAL REFERENCES

The Township of Eagleswood hereby establishes a Municipal Public
Utility in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:1-1 et seq.,
and which is created for the purpose of operating a sanitary sewer
system within the Township and to charge and collect fees and rents
therefor.
The Municipal Public Utility shall be under the direction and
control of the Township Committee of the Township of Eagleswood. It
shall have its own budget and shall charge fees and rents for the
utilization of the sanitary sewer lines and appurtenances thereto.
The Municipal Public Utility, or "Utilities Division," shall
operate under the authority of the pertinent state statutes and in
accordance with state law.
