The position of Part-Time Code Enforcement Official is hereby
established.
The duties and powers of said position are to perform such services
as shall be required of him/her from time to time by the Construction
Official in the proper discharge in the day-to-day duties required
by that office.
The power of appointment of the Part-Time Code Enforcement Official
is hereby vested in the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council.
The annual salary of the Secretary shall be as established by
the annual Salary Ordinance, and he/she shall receive all other compensation
and benefits of other part-time employees.
The Part-Time Code Enforcement Official is hereby deemed to
be a managerial position and unclassified.
The Part-Time Code Enforcement Official shall serve at the pleasure
of the Borough Council.
