A.
Voluntary Contributions. Any person, firm, business or other
entity receiving utility services from the City of Canton, Missouri,
desiring to voluntarily contribute to the expansion, improvement and
maintenance of parks and recreational facilities and recreational
programs in the City of Canton, Missouri, shall be entitled to do
so by indicating the amount of such contribution on the monthly municipal
utilities bill.
B.
Separate Account. All monies received from contributions
under the terms of this Section received by the City of Canton, Missouri,
representing voluntary contributions shall be deposited in a separate
and segregated fund to be separately accounted for, which money shall
then be used and administered by the City of Canton, Missouri, for
expansion, improvement and maintenance of the park system, recreational
facilities and recreational programs of the City of Canton, Missouri.
