A. No person,
persons, firm, corporation, partnership, cooperative or association
shall erect electrical or telephone poles, lines, braces or supports
on the streets and alleys of the City of Granby the top of which is
more than sixty (60) feet from the ground.
B. The Board
of Aldermen shall have the power and authority to permit a greater
height by an affirmative vote of the Board where safety or necessity
so requires or where it is required to overbuild another utility already
using said streets or alleys, but no such permission shall be valid
without formal vote of the Board of Aldermen entered upon the permanent
minutes of the Board.
C. Violation
of this Section shall be a misdemeanor, and each day during which
such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
