No person shall operate a motor vehicle within any City park
in the City of Dexter, Missouri, at a speed in excess of fifteen (15)
miles per hour.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be upon bicycles, roller
skates or skateboards or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy,
vehicle, motorized scooter, motorized play vehicle or similar device
while in or upon any portion of any park premises unless specifically
designated therefor; provided however, this provision shall not apply
to a show, exhibition, demonstration or other activity which is a
part of a special event being sponsored on park premises, nor shall
this provision apply to child carrying devices such as baby strollers,
carriages or wagons or to a disabled person.

No person shall operate or park a motor vehicle upon any area
in any City park upon which there is grass without the permission
of the Park Board.

No person shall camp within any City park without the permission
of the Park Board.

No person shall maliciously injure, destroy or deface any grass,
shrub, tree, post, marker, sign, can, hydrant, table, bench, building
or park property or equipment of any nature.

The City parks shall be open to the public only from sunrise
to 10:00 P.M. and no person shall be within any City park between
the hours of 10:00 P.M. and sunrise the following day without the
permission of the Park Board.

A. Any person,
organization or group may apply for a reservation permit by submitting
an application form to the park and recreation office. Applications
shall be accepted only during the current calendar year and shall
be limited by the discretion of the Park and Recreation Board. A fee
of ten dollars ($10.00) must accompany each application for reservation
and in the event the application is not approved, said fee shall be
returned to the applicant.
1. When
an application is approved, a copy of the application signed and dated
by a person authorized to do so by the Park and Recreation Board shall
be returned to the applicant as confirmation of the reservation and
shall, upon request of an employee of the City of Dexter, be presented
to confirm the reservation.
2. The
Dexter Police Department shall be issued copies of applications accepted
for reservation of a park shelter house and shall have the authority
to remove unauthorized users from a park shelter house which has been
reserved pursuant to this Section.

A. All persons
are prohibited from bringing any kind of animal other than seeing-eye
dogs, whether leashed or unleashed, onto the premises of the sporting
arenas in the east City park.
B. Any person
who is convicted of violation of this Section shall be fined not less
than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for
each such violation.

It shall be illegal for any person or persons to be in or upon
any and all grounds operated by the Park and Recreation Board of the
City of Dexter, Missouri, after the hours of 10:00 P.M. unless permission
has been granted for said activities by the Dexter Park and Recreation
Board.

It shall be unlawful to dump or dispose of any garbage, trash,
refuse or ashes at any City park except nothing in this Section shall
prohibit the deposit of garbage or trash in a trash receptacle incident
to the lawful use of the City parks.

No person shall retain any bass fish less than fifteen (15)
inches in length taken from said lake, and no person shall take home
more than six (6) bass fish from said lake per day. No person shall
retain more than four (4) channel catfish and all other fish no more
than twenty (20) combined.

No person shall place or use a boat on said lake without authorization
of the Park Board in performing service on behalf of or at the request
of the Park Board.

The provisions of this Article may be enforced by any Police
Officer of the City of Dexter, any agent of the Conservation Commission
of Missouri, or by any member of the Park Board of the City of Dexter,
Missouri.
