When signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful
for a person to stop, stand or park a truck, whether a single unit
or tractor-trailer combination, or the tractor, cab or a trailer,
whether severally or as a unit, at any time on any of the following
streets or portions thereof:

Arvin Road, south side: Beginning at a point
that is 50 feet east of the centerline of the west entrance gate of
Arvin Automotive, Inc. and ending on a point that is 50 feet west
of the centerline of said west entrance gate and said no parking zone
shall be in effect at all times

A.
When signs
are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for a person
to stop, stand or park an automobile or pickup truck on the following
streets or portions thereof:

Arvin Road, north side: Beginning at a point
of its intersection with Harris Street and continuing west to the
intersection with Stidham Drive

B.
It shall
be unlawful for a person to stop, stand or park an automobile or pickup
truck on the above-described area, and said no parking zone shall
be in effect at all times.
C.
Each day
an automobile or pickup truck is parked in said no parking zone shall
constitute a separate offense.
D.
In the
event a motor vehicle has been parked in said area for two (2) days
or more, said motor vehicle shall be towed at the owner's expense.
E.
Any person
who is convicted of violation of this Section shall be subject to
a fifty dollars and fifty cents ($50.50) fine.
