The people of Upper Providence Township have a right to clean
air and pure water and to the preservation of the natural, residential,
scenic, historic and esthetic values of the environment. The public
natural resources within Upper Providence Township, including the
natural condition of the Crum and Ridley flood plains and the essential
water supply, are the common property of all the people, including
generations yet to come.
