In accordance with Sections 365.030 and 365.040, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified herein of any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

At the post office (on the west side of Elm Street, for 150 feet south of Commercial Street).
At all times.
Commercial Street on both sides thereof, between the intersections of Commercial Street and Gibbs Avenue.
8:00 A.M. — 5:00 P.M. Mondays through Saturdays; this does not apply to Sundays and legal holidays.
Commercial Street and 230 feet past Myrtle Street on the south side.
At all times.
North side of Newman from Pine Street to the Pierce City Treatment Plant.
At all times.
South side of East Pierce Avenue between Myrtle Street and North Gibbs Avenue
8:00 A.M. — 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday
In the event any vehicle is parked upon Commercial Street for a period of more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, the City Chief of Police, or any other duly authorized official, shall cause such vehicle to be removed from such street and towed to a competent garage or other storage place within the City for storage until such automobile is claimed. The owner or operator of such confiscated automobile will be able to reclaim such automobile upon payment of any and all costs, fines and charges incidental to the above mentioned procedure, including any and all fines which may be levied by the City Court of the City of Pierce City, Missouri.
