In the event any vehicle is parked upon Commercial Street for
a period of more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, the City
Chief of Police, or any other duly authorized official, shall cause
such vehicle to be removed from such street and towed to a competent
garage or other storage place within the City for storage until such
automobile is claimed. The owner or operator of such confiscated automobile
will be able to reclaim such automobile upon payment of any and all
costs, fines and charges incidental to the above mentioned procedure,
including any and all fines which may be levied by the City Court
of the City of Pierce City, Missouri.
