There is hereby created in and for the City the office of the Superintendent of Streets.

Section 115.270 Qualifications.

[R.O. 2007 §2-142]

The Superintendent of Streets shall possess all of the qualifications prescribed for Councilmen.

Section 115.280 Appointment — Term.

The Superintendent of Streets shall be appointed by the City Manager and shall serve at the pleasure of the City Manager.

Section 115.290 Duties Generally.

In addition to all duties and requirements imposed by ordinance or Statute, the Superintendent of Streets shall perform such other duties as may be required of him/her by the City Manager or City Council.
