Section 530.060 Use of Licensee's Name by Another.

No person who has obtained an HVACR license under this Article shall allow his/her name to be used by another person either for the purpose of obtaining permits or for doing business or work under the license, except as allowed for registrants. Every person shall notify the Board of the address of his/her place of business and the name of all registrants, which will be held on file in the Building Inspector's office.
