There are hereby established the offices of
Police Department Surgeon and Assistant Police Department Surgeon.
The Police Department Surgeon and the Assistant
Police Department Surgeon shall perform such duties as the Board of
Police Commissioners[1] shall prescribe and such duties as may be required by
law.
Compensation for the Police Department Surgeon
shall be established by the City Council according to law.
The Assistant Police Department Surgeon shall
serve without compensation, payment of fees or other emoluments.
