Pursuant to the authority granted to the Mount Laurel Township
Council by N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7, the Fellowship Area Redevelopment Plan,
dated August 15, 2011, is hereby adopted. A copy of the adopted plan
is available for inspection in the office of the Clerk of Mount Laurel
Township.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7c, the Fellowship
Area Redevelopment Plan hereby supersedes applicable provisions of
the development regulations of the Township of Mount Laurel. In so
doing, the plan shall constitute an explicit amendment to the Township
of Mount Laurel Zoning Map, and the map of the Fellowship Redevelopment
Area set forth in the plan shall designate the boundaries of the new
redevelopment zone, as more particularly described in the plan. The
Township of Mount Laurel official Zoning Map shall be amended to henceforth
coincide with the plan.
