There shall be a Board of Future Development and Planning consisting
of the Mayor and four (4) members of the Board of Aldermen from each
of the four (4) wards, appointed annually by the Mayor, with the approval
of the Board of Aldermen. The City Attorney shall also attend the
meetings as a non-voting member.
