A person commits the offense of false imprisonment if he/she
knowingly restrains another unlawfully and without consent so as to
interfere substantially with his/her liberty.

No person, in the presence of a minor, shall indulge in any
degrading, lewd, immoral or vicious habits or practices, or take indecent
or improper liberties with a child less than seventeen (17) years
old, or publicly expose his/her person to a minor in an obscene or
indecent manner or by language, sign or touching a minor suggest or
refer to any immoral, lewd, lascivious or indecent act, or detain
or divert a minor with intent to perpetrate any of the aforesaid acts.
