The fiscal year for the City of New London shall be from July
first (1st) through June thirtieth (30th) of each year and all City
Budgets, audits and other statutory requirements shall be prepared
on a July first (1st) fiscal year and all required matters concerning
same shall be required to use such dates for those statutory and other
necessary purposes.
