A. It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit or dump, or
to cause or allow the placing, depositing or dumping, or washing of
any earth, dirt, rock, clay, sand, building material, debris or rubbish
from vehicles owned or controlled by them, onto any street, sidewalk
or other public way within said City.
B. It
shall be unlawful for any person, firm, co-partnership or corporation
to place, deposit or cause to be deposited upon the streets of the
City of Hallsville any mud, dirt, leaves, vegetative clippings, other
organic matter, refuse, trash, automotive fluids, debris, or other
similar matter in any roadway.
C. Violation of this Section shall be a Class C misdemeanor punishable
by a fine of not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) nor more
than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment in the County
Jail not to exceed fifteen (15) days, or by both fine and imprisonment.
