The purpose of this article is to protect the public health,
welfare and safety by establishing a crosswalk to provide pedestrian
access to the public library known as "Dunham Public Library" on Main
Street in the Village of Whitesboro and to restrict parking in relation
thereto.
A crosswalk is hereby authorized to be located running north/south
across Main Street in the Village of Whitesboro between Victory Parkway
and Park Avenue to provide pedestrians an appropriate place to traverse
Main Street to visit and depart the Dunham Public Library located
on the north side of Main Street.
