A. 
No licensee shall sell, serve, deliver or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage or malt alcoholic beverage for consumption on the licensed premises between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any day of the week, including Sunday.
B. 
No licensee shall sell or deliver or allow, permit or suffer the sale of any distilled spirits at retail in its original container for consumption off the licensed premises before 9:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. on any day of the week.
C. 
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:2-38.1, as amended May 1, 1981, the holder of a retail consumption license or retail distribution license shall be permitted to sell wine and malt alcoholic beverages in the original bottles or can containers for consumption off the retail licensee's premises on the same days and during the same hours, as the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises is permitted, pursuant to Subsection A of this section.

All outside illuminated signs on licensed premises shall be turned off at 2:00 a.m. each day, weekdays and Sundays, and shall not be turned on again until the hour fixed in § 85-1 when the licensed premises may be reopened.[1]

A. 
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article shall be subject, upon conviction thereof, to the penalty provisions contained in Chapter 305, Penalties.

B. 
Each day's persistence in the things or acts herein prohibited shall be deemed and taken to be a separate and distinct offense, subject to the penalties hereinabove provided.
