Unless another penalty is expressly provided for elsewhere in this chapter or under New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of Chapter 410 of the Code of the Borough Mount Ephraim, or any supplement thereto, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
