The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer.
A. 
Fines and penalties for violations of this chapter shall be as set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, of this Code.

B. 
For the purpose of this chapter each day that a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
C. 
Any violation of this chapter or of any condition or requirement adopted pursuant hereto may be restrained, corrected, or abated, as the case may be, by injunction or other appropriate proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction. The remedies of the Town shall also include the following:

(1) 
Issuing a stop-work order for any and all work in violation.
(2) 
Seeking an injunction or other order of restraint or abatement that requires the removal of the violation.
(3) 
The Code Enforcement Officer is additionally authorized to remove any material that violates the provisions of this section, without notice to the owner or owners of the parcel(s) and may subsequently notify the owner(s). In the event that no person or entity which owns the violating material claims said material within 30 days of written notification by the Code Enforcement Officer, the Code Enforcement Officer may dispose of the material without liability to the Code Enforcement Officer of the Town.
(4) 
All such remedies provided herein shall be cumulative.
In case any building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted or maintained or any building, structure or land is used in violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Code Enforcement Officer may, in additions to any other remedy; institute any appropriate action or proceeding to prevent such unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, maintenance or use to restrain correct or abate such violation and to prevent the occupancy of the building, structure or land, to prevent any illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about such premises.
