The Borough shall make available for public use nine small parking
spaces and five large parking spaces at the Department of Public Works
center located at Marginal Road. The Borough has determined that these
parking spaces are not necessary for Borough use.
The parking spaces may be used to park personal and commercial
vehicles that fit within the dimensions of the individual space. No
other equipment, materials or supplied can be stored in the space.
Access to the spaces will only be during the regular hours of the
DPW facility.
To obtain use of one of the spaces, an individual or business
entity must do the following:
The annual license fee for each parking space is set forth in § 115-13. The annual license fee must be paid by January 1.
The Borough shall maintain a list of individuals and business
entities that are desirous of using the parking spaces. Residents
of the Borough shall be given priority when a space becomes available.
