Editor's Note: The title of Ord. No. 00-04 is "An ordinance to require a zoning compliance permit prior to the erection of a building claimed to be exempt from compliance with provisions of the State Construction Codes."
No person shall erect any building incidental to the use for agricultural purpose of the land on which the building is located, and not used in the business of retail trade, without first securing a zoning compliance permit from the Building Official.
An application for zoning compliance permit shall indicate the dimensions of the land on which the building is to be located, the dimensions of the building, and the building's siting on the land, including distances from property lines and other buildings on the parcel.
Upon receipt of an application for zoning compliance permit the Building Official shall determine whether the proposed building complies with the setback and other pertinent requirements of Chapter 530, Zoning, and shall issue a zoning compliance permit if said requirements are met.
The fee required at the time of filing an application for zoning compliance permit shall be as established from time to time by the Township Board.
