Pursuant to the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana
Act, Section 6.1,[1] the Township elects to prohibit marijuana establishments
within its boundaries.

If any article, section, paragraph, clause or provision of this
chapter shall be held invalid, the invalidity of such article, section,
paragraph, clause, or provision shall not affect any of the other
provisions of this chapter.
All ordinances, resolutions or orders, or parts of ordinances
in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, to the extent of
such conflict, are hereby repealed. Nothing in this chapter results
in any prohibition otherwise allowed under the Michigan Regulation
and Taxation of Marihuana Act, as adopted.[1]
