A.
The
following rules and regulations apply to persons fishing in City reservoirs:
1.
Fishing will be limited to permit holders only. Fishing permit
includes man, wife and children under fifteen (15) years of age in
one (1) family. All children under fifteen (15) years of age must
be accompanied by a valid permit holder.
2.
Reservoirs will be closed from 10:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M. to all
parties not fishing. No camping is allowed.
3.
Limits. A limit of four (4) channel cat per day is imposed for
each fishing permit. Limits on all other species of fish shall be
the same as set forth in Missouri Conservation Department Rules.
4.
Fishermen will be limited to three (3) poles per person. Fishing
lines will be attended at all times. No trout lines, throw lines or
bank lines are allowed.
5.
There will be no fishing for two (2) weeks after the reservoirs
are stocked. The Park Commission will post signs denoting the opening
day of the year.
B.
Swimming
is not allowed at any City reservoir.
