The City of Maysville shall require persons who desire to demolish any particular property or structure which would result in the production of demolition waste to obtain a demolition permit.[1]

A. 
The demolition permit shall include the following notice:
"NOTICE: The disposal of demolition waste is regulated by the Department of Natural Resources under Chapter 260, RSMo. Such waste, in types and quantities established by the Department, shall be taken to a demolition landfill or a sanitary landfill for disposal. Failure to comply with Department of Natural Resources regulations outlined in this notice can constitute a crime punishable by law."

The person who is applying for a demolition permit must sign the notice and the notice must then be attested to by the City Clerk of the City of Maysville.

A signed copy of this notice shall remain on file at City Hall.
