An ordinance establishing rules, regulations and standards governing
development review applications within the Borough of South Plainfield,
in the County of Middlesex, pursuant to the authority set forth in
Chapter 291, Laws of New Jersey, 1975, and amendments and supplements
thereto, setting forth the procedures to be followed by the Planning
Board or Board of Adjustment in applying and administering these rules,
regulations and standards and providing penalties for the violation
thereof.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Development
Review Ordinance of the Borough of South Plainfield."
