Pursuant to New Jersey statute, all business owners and rental unit owners shall register a certificate of insurance as required by statute, on an annual basis, in the office of the Borough Clerk for all residential rental units, and in the office of the Fire Official for all commercial establishments, of which offices shall maintain a registry of certificates of insurance filed with it.
