It is the intent of the Mayor and Council of Middletown that
the provisions of this Flood Damage Reduction Ordinance shall become
and be made a part of the Town of Middletown Code of Ordinances, and
that the sections of such ordinance may be renumbered or relettered,
and the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section," "article," "regulation,"
or such other appropriate word or phrase in order to accomplish such
intentions.
