The Authority Engineer is hereby directed to adopt, from time
to time, rules, regulations, procedures and fees for obtaining on-lot
sewage system permits; provided, however, that such rules, regulations,
procedures and fees shall, at all times, be in conformity with any
and all state statutes and/or regulations, such as the Pennsylvania
Sewage Facilities Act,[1] and such rules, regulations, procedures and fees, when
approved by the Authority, shall have the same force and effect as
if set out at length in this chapter. Copies of the applicable rules,
regulations, procedures and fees in force at any time shall be available
for inspection in the office of the Authority during regular business
hours.
