A.
The Town Board of the Town of Victor, County of Ontario, hereby formally
opts out of granting the tax exemption for solar, wind, and farm waste
energy systems pursuant to New York Real Property Tax Law § 487(8)(a)(i),
and therefore no tax exemption shall be applicable for such energy
systems within the Town as of the effective date of this article.
B.
The Town Board of the Town of Victor, County of Ontario, hereby formally
opts out of granting the tax exemption for micro-hydroelectric energy
systems, fuel cell electric generating systems, micro-combined heat
and power generating equipment systems, or electric energy storage
equipment and electric energy storage systems pursuant to New York
Real Property Tax Law § 487(8)(a)(ii), and therefore no
tax exemption shall be applicable for such energy systems within the
Town as of the effective date of this article.
