A.
All full-time non-probationary employees of the City of Velda Village
Hills, County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, shall be entitled to
sick leave benefits at the rate of ten (10) sick days and two (2)
personal leave days per year.
B.
All part-time employees who have attained one thousand (1,000) hours
or one (1) year of service to Velda Village Hills shall be entitled
to five (5) sick days and one (1) personal leave day per year.
C.
Any unused sick leave accrued in a month shall carry over to the
following month. All sick leave benefits accrued during a fiscal year
must be used in the fiscal year accrued and will not be carried over
into the succeeding fiscal year.
