A. The Board of Aldermen shall authorize Law Enforcement Officers for
the City of Velda Village Hills, Missouri, to issue summons to appear
in court to residents of the City of Velda Village Hills for failure
to pay trash bills.
B. The service of said summons shall be made in the following manner:
1.
By personally delivering the summons to a resident of the property
who is over fourteen (14) years of age.
2.
By delivering the summons to the residence and leaving same
in a conspicuous location at said residence.
3.
By mailing the summons to the last known address of the owner
of the property.
