1. 
The commission to be paid to the Tax Collector for the collection of Borough taxes from and after January 1, 1962, shall be as follows:
A. 
For all taxes collected at discount, a commission of 1%.
B. 
For all taxes collected at face amount, a commission of 2%.
C. 
For all taxes collected after the date when a penalty shall be added thereto, a commission of 5%.
D. 
For the collection of the earned income tax, a commission as fixed by the Borough Council from time to time, which shall not exceed 5%.

The Tax Collector shall remit to the Borough all taxes collected during any monthly period on or before the 10th day of the next succeeding month.

The Tax Collector shall remit to the Borough such collected funds by the Collector's personal check or draft or by a cashiers check.

The Tax Collector shall submit to the Borough, together with funds from taxes collected as aforesaid, a monthly report of taxpayers who paid, the amount collected from each and the total amount collected therefrom, upon verified forms supplied to such Collector by the Borough of Wellsboro.
