A.
No person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage,
destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance,
or equipment which is a part of the local sewerage system. The Borough
will take appropriate action against any person violating this provision.
B.
No unauthorized person shall open the cover of, enter or alter any
manhole or other appurtenance of any public sewer; place or insert
in any public sewer or its appurtenances any foreign material which
said sewer or its appurtenances was not intended to receive; nor shall
any person damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper in any way with
any public sewer or its appurtenances. Any person violating this provision
of these regulations shall be subject to arrest under a charge of
disorderly conduct.
