Borough of Milford, PA Chapter 23 Firemen's Relief Association

§ 23-1 Recognition of Association.

The Borough Council of the Borough of Milford recognizes the Milford Firemen's Relief Association, Inc. as the body entitled to receive the funds received by the Borough of Milford from the State Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania arising from the two-percent tax on premiums from foreign fire insurance.

§ 23-2 Appropriation of funds.

All sums received from the State Treasurer arising from said two-percent tax upon premiums from foreign fire insurance shall be appropriated to the Milford Firemen's Relief Association and paid over to it by the Treasurer of the Borough of Milford when received.
