In the case of mixed use of a building or property, the bicycle
parking space standards shall be computed for each use, and the total
for all uses shall be provided in accordance with this section.

The Planning and Development Board may, upon consideration of
relevant factors, including but not limited to, the easy availability
of adequate proximate bicycle parking or the expectation that a lesser
number of bicycle parking spaces will meet the parking needs of the
use, determine that a lesser number of bicycle parking spaces is appropriate.

Bicycle parking facilities may be located inside or outside
of structures.
