For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough of Chalfont is hereby divided into nine classes of districts, which shall be designated as follows:

(2) 
The boundaries of districts shall be as shown on the map attached to and made a part of this chapter, which map shall be known as the "Zoning Map of the Borough of Chalfont." Said map and all notations, references and data shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference into this chapter and shall be as much a part of this chapter as if all were fully described herein.[1]

B. 
Overlay districts.
(1) 
Floodplain. This overlay district shall be in accordance with Chapter 216, Floodplain Management, of the Code of the Borough of Chalfont.
(2) 
Butler Avenue Gateway Commercial Overlay District.
(3) 
Park Avenue TOD Overlay District.

A. 
Primary districts. The boundaries between districts are, unless otherwise indicated, either the center lines of streets or railroad rights-of-way or such lines extended or lines parallel or perpendicular thereto. Where figures are shown on the Zoning Map between a street and a district boundary line, they indicate that the district boundary line runs parallel to the center line of the street or stream at a distance therefrom equivalent to the number of feet so indicated.
B. 
Overlay districts. The rules for interpreting district boundaries for the Floodplain Overlay District shall be found in Chapter 216, Floodplain Management, of the Code of the Borough of Chalfont.
