For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough of Chalfont is
hereby divided into nine classes of districts, which shall be designated
as follows:
A. Primary districts; map.

(2) The
boundaries of districts shall be as shown on the map attached to and
made a part of this chapter, which map shall be known as the "Zoning
Map of the Borough of Chalfont." Said map and all notations, references
and data shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference into this
chapter and shall be as much a part of this chapter as if all were
fully described herein.
B. Overlay districts.
(1) Floodplain. This overlay district shall be in accordance with Chapter
216, Floodplain Management, of the Code of the Borough of Chalfont.
(2) Butler Avenue Gateway Commercial Overlay District.
(3) Park Avenue TOD Overlay District.
