Except as set forth herein, §§ 125-8 through
125-15, 125-17 through 125-57, 125-59 through 125-105, and 125-107
through 125-132 of the Town of Farmington Sewer Use Law, adopted pursuant to Town
of Farmington Local Law #6 of 2015, and as may be amended from time
to time, shall apply to properties serviced by the Town of Farmington
Sewage Treatment Plant. A copy of the Farmington Sewer Use Law, as
amended, shall be maintained in the Town of Victor Town Clerk's
office. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the
Farmington Sewer Use Law then in effect and this chapter, the provisions
of the Farmington Sewer Use Law shall govern.
