The provisions, rules and regulations pertaining to new sewers, sewer extensions or sewer replacements, as contained in Article VI, §§ 125-39 through 125-57 and 125-59 through 125-64 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law, are adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
The street lateral up to and including the cleanout shall be
the property of the Town upon dedication of the sewer system.
