Town of Victor, NY Article XXIV Reporting Requirements

§ 162-99 Regulations pertaining to reporting requirements.

The provisions, rules and regulations pertaining to reporting requirements, as contained in Article XIII, §§ 125-107 through 125-122 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law, are adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein, except for the following:

A. All notices required by Article XIII of the Farmington Sewer Use Law to be made to the Superintendent shall also be made to the Town of Victor Code Enforcement Officer.

B. The issuance, reissuance, or modification of any permits set forth in § 125-112 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law shall be made by the Town of Victor Code Enforcement Officer.
