The provisions, rules and regulations pertaining to new sewers, sewer extensions or sewer replacements, as contained in Article XIV, §§ 125-123 through 125-132 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law, are adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein, except for the following:
A.
The Town Code Enforcement Officer shall have the same right as the
Superintendent of entry for inspection and sampling as set forth in
§ 125-127 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law.
B.
The Town Code Enforcement Officer shall have the same right as the
Superintendent to seek issuance of a search warrant, and to obtain
access to property and records as set forth in §§ 125-127
and 125-128 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law.
